Free Shipping On Orders over $100* Cdn
Misery Loves Co. will cover the cost of shipping and handling on all orders over $100 to Canada and the United States.

NEW: International customers email info@miserylovesco.ca for shipping quote. Please include your postal address as well as the items you wish to purchase. Free shipping not available for International orders. Payment via Paypal only at this time.

*Any additional costs such as duty/customs charges are still the responsibility of the buyer. See below for more information on shipping and customs/duty charges.

Shipping
Your order will be shipped out within 24-48 hours (1-2 business days) of the date you place your order. All items are shipped via Canada Post or FedEx depending on the size of the order. Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery.

Customer is responsible for all shipping & handling costs which are calculated at the time of checkout. When shipping outside of Canada, there may be additional duty/customs charges. See below for details.

Shipping within Canada - $10.00 CDN flat rate.
Shipping to the United States - $15.00 CDN flat rate.
Shipping International - please contact info@miserylovesco.ca for shipping quote.

Customs
In some cases additional customs/duty charges may be added when crossing the border - these charges are the responsibility of the buyer and cannot be calculated in advance. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Easy Returns Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt of item. To return an item, simply fill out and submit the Return Authorization Request Form. Please see below for Rules & Conditions.

Easy Exchanges (Effective on all orders going forward May 23 2007.)
Exhcanges are processed as returns. Items can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt of item. To exchange an item, simply fill out and submit the Return Authorization Request Form. You may then re-order your item in the new size/colour or choose a different item all together. Your new item will be shipped out the next business day. Your refund will be processed once your returned item has arrived safely back at Misery Loves Co.

If Misery Loves Co. has shipped you the wrong item in error (the item you received does not match your order invoice), we will ship your new item for free. Simply fill out the Return Authorization Request Form explaining the error. Once your returned item arrives back to Misery Loves Co., your new item will be shipped to you for free**. We will also provide you with a 10% discount coupon to be used on a future order. Please see below for Rules & Conditions.

Rules & Conditions
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the day you received your order in 100% new condition. They must not be worn, washed, or damaged and all tags must be in place and in original packaging.

- A copy of the packing slip/invoice (included inside the package of every shipment) & return authorization request must accompany all returns.

- Please be advised, your refund will only be processed once the item has been received by Misery Loves Co. safe and sound. Therefore, it is advisable to always purchase shipping insurance when returning items and to take care when packaging your returns. Refunds cannot be provided for uninsured items that have been lost or damaged in the mail.

- Shipping & handling costs are non-refundable. We do not accept COD returns.

- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for refund.

- Please allow 5-7 business day of return receit for refunds to be processed. A refund will be issued only to the original credit card or paypal account.

** Shipping costs and free shipping exclude any additional duty charges that may be incurred at customs.
